Environment:

We understand the importance of recycling and reusing products wherever possible plus the importance of reducing our consumption of all products, and have systems in place to encourage good practice. We believe we can play a major role in helping our clients move towards sustainability and will encourage good environmental practice through the design and implementation of fit-out and refurbishment projects we present.

• During the design process we will consider how our designs can reduce wastage. For example, we will produce flexible office floor plans allowing for easier future change to avoid needless waste. Care will be taken to specify floor and wall coverings that produce the least waste possible.
• Our designs will make the most of any natural light available. High efficiency fluorescent lights will be specified along with lighting systems that can reduce unnecessary usage.
• We will encourage the installation of heating and ventilation systems that have the least environmental impact possible.
• We will work towards separating all site waste to minimise the quantity we send to landfill and maximise the opportunity to recycle.We will always follow correct procedure when disposing of hazardous materials.
• We will endeavour to use sustainable and environmentally efficient materials, such as Rockwool Insulation, one of the few industrial products that actively improve the environment.
• Our HVAC specialists ensure the removal of any system meets relevant legislation and industry codes of practice.Our rubbish is sorted so paper and glass bottles, for example, are recycled.
• We have an arrangement for the recycling of toner/printer cartridges.
• We will endeavour to source stationary products that are recycled or produced from sustainable sources.
• All electronic equipment is switched off over night and when not in use.
